Little mobility for moving up in company, stressful clientele despite that it is in the tourism industry.

The working environment was friendly and quite relaxed. I was given the responsibility to carry out my tasks and set my own targets, but also had good management. Within a short time was offered the chance to grow with the company.

Communications between departments needed improvement. Downsizing added to workloads excessively.
