This was the worst place I have ever worked. First, they “promoted” me by giving me a new title with more responsibilities but kept my pay the same. I had to ask twice just to get a small raise, which barely reflected my increased workload. What a joke. Work-life balance doesn’t exist here. They love to say you’ll “wear many hats,” but that’s just code for making you take on more work for little pay. It’s a cheap company/brand that takes advantage of its employees. The management team is a nightmare. They’re micromanagers who will gaslight you. When I reached out to discuss my declining mental and physical health due to the workload, their response was, “This is just how it is.” Really? I’m supposed to sacrifice my well-being for a job that pays below the national average? No thanks. One time, I logged in at exactly 9 AM—when work hours start—and got reprimanded for not logging in earlier, even though I had worked until midnight the night before. They expect you to give up your life and dedicate your entire being to the job. It’s toxic, and honestly, these people need hobbies. Being a workaholic isn’t something to be proud of. And let’s not forget the classic issues: managers taking credit for your work, unrealistic expectations, and workloads so heavy they’re designed to set you up for failure. It’s all par for the course here. When I finally left, I was left with so much emotional and work trauma that I’m still working to heal from it in my current role. This job wasn’t just a bad experience—it was outright traumatic. Avoid this place at all costs.
