I love working at SISD because they are very family oriented and care about the kids. When I first started working for the district everyone was willing to help me learn the ins and outs of the job. They have a great program for anyone who is looking to go into teaching as a long-term career.

I think everyone could use a pay increase.

The resources provided gave me the freedom to teach many different mediums to students, including ceramics.

Elective teachers feel left out when it comes to professional development. This is the case, in my experience, true for any district.
