POC are at a strong disadvantage - Program Manager Splunk Employee Review

They use token POC on rotation to act like they are invested in belonging, but this is an illusion. Employee Relations is a joke. Nothing is done about toxic leadership. If you bring things forward, be prepared to be out of a job within a year. If you sift through these reviews, you will see a similar sentiment. People are getting paid well into 6 figures to do 0 work while others on the team are literally slaving. Workload and work-life balance do not exist.
