Good company but bad management - Management Spookfish Innovations Employee Review

Completely disagree with this. Not a single review on Glassdoor, Google or any other portal has been "created" using made up accounts. This just isn't our culture. I strongly encourage people to read all reviews with equanimity, including the cons and negative reviews. One-sided reviews obviously don't help much! Bad reviews promptly come up on these portals whenever we ask an employee to leave due to unsatisfactory performance - all the bad ones are understandably anonymous. But they do highlight perceptions that need to be taken by us seriously - which we absolutely do!
