There are zero cons to working at Spooner Health!

Physicians are excellent and easy to work with. Nice new building, and attached clinic.

Health insurance is poor and very expensive. No Dental or Optical insurance offered. Management is inexperienced and far from qualified. Young group of inexperienced nurses. Their scores are the number one priority here. Nurses are treated poorly, and any new ideas are dismissed.
