-Rampant nepotism -Board members that despite being big players, seem to have a vain/obstructive method of management -General lack of transparency and team cohesion -On the office side, a bad habit of hiring people who are inexperienced for the sake of them being affordable -Pay that is neither significantly competitive, nor equal for the work expected -Arbitrary 'promotion' of people with no discernible purpose/change in expectations -People in upper management who are there purely as a result of the time put in, not indicative of the quality of their work -Customer service team is under staffed, overworked, underpaid, and using clunky antiquated software
