Pros
Friendly teams in all settings I've worked in and I worked under some fantastic programme leads throughout my time at Sportworks. Every shift feels a bit different, but having the opportunity to put smiles on faces definitely helps.
Cons
Can feel challenging at times particularly towards the end of the day when fatigue sets in, but you do get a bit more accustomed to it over time once you get to know the children.
