Pros
Honestly, a pretty good job. Pays decently and great perks if you're into outdoors stuff. If you don't take advantage of the perks of this job (discounts, free gear rentals, free bike service, ect.) then it would be much worse. Free food in the breakroom too.
Cons
You're working for a decently large company, so there is definitely some bureaucracy to work around. Pay could definitely be better too.
