      I have been working for Lynn and Liz for over 20+ years. These people go out of their way to help people succeed. They have a successful business because they CARE and it shows. Liz and Lynn are people who would give you the shirt off their backs. If you want to work with a company that truly cares about all it's people....that company is SMWW

      None I know of yet...(it's only been 20+ years I have been employed with them)😉

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, travel to events, meet amazing people in the industry. Invites to fun/exclusive events. Staff and faculty.

      Cons

      Great place for white males. Prevalent racism and sexism. A lot of lip service and promises. Hard to advance/get raises.
