I proudly tell my friends about my Managers/Editors how they are like my elder brothers, whereas the whole world whine about their Managers. The major pro about SD is the hugely understanding superiors, be it for taking leaves or for missing a deadline.

There is no con as such really. But we could really use a communication tool like Trello or Slack instead of WhatsApp.
