Pros
Great work environment! Everyone works well together and there is a culture of team work. Employees are genuinely listened to and their ideas are taken into consideration. Company culture is very focused on Each employee and treats it's employees as people and not just a number. Frequently, the company goes above and beyond to assist its employees with anything they need. There is always someone to listen to a problem and help you out. The company works to accommodate family needs to help balance an employee's work and home life.
Cons
Pay rate is very low. Benefit costs are high compared to pay rate. The Boston office is a nightmare and needs to close. Everyone there is horrible and the sales team should be eliminated. No one wants to work with them and they do nothing but cause problems. AND THE SALES TEAM CAN"T ACTUALLY SELL ANYTHING!!! One manager is just downright ignorant to employees and no one does anything about it.
