Pros
Flexible work environment that rewards for results, innovation and performance, not hours logged. A culture that has broad appeal and benefits for employees and their families in all career/life phases. I have a pretty large/active family and I've never felt that Spreetail has asked me to unnecessarily sacrifice time with them. Have had some pretty incredible opportunities to work with some of the coolest retail brands/marketplaces/service providers in the world. Specific to my department, it's very easy to be confident in the service/relationship we are selling...which makes our go-to market strategy a lot of fun to execute. I've been fortunate to have a lot of successes and a lot of failures as well, all of which have refined my product sourcing abilities over time.
Cons
Nothing major, sometimes we're at the mercy of broader market conditions so we have to change directions a lot.
