Pros
Projects are nice, team is great and helpful.
Cons
Salary is very low. Other companies pay much more for the same job. Plus, they find all reasons don't promote you and raise a salary. Company is old school and very hard to change their mentality. So workflow depends on "mood" of your manager. Too much personal things which affects how you can work there. Plus, too much gossips.
