Cheap, Mediocre, and Fraud - Senior Software Engineer Spring Computing Technologies Employee Review

There is a reason why this company has so low Glassdoor rating. I still want to write this review because the other reviews do not sufficiently warn the future employees and even the clients. Cheap: Something as basic as employee salary is not distributed on time and takes months. Imagine about your full and final settlement after you leave the company. The problem is the cheap mentality of the management. Every project is a death march. Working late night and over weekend are common because the cheapest estimate is given to the client to win the project. Mediocre: To hire cheap, you also have to hire mediocre. Employees fired from previous organization, unable to clear interviews anywhere, students not picked in the college campus end up accepting their offer. I don't blame these employees. My heart cries for the unsuspecting crowd that had other options. Fraud: Everything is allowed to win a project from the client. It is because of such organizations that the offshoring to India has got a bad name. Any shady practices from the book of the body shop industry are applied. In fact, they are the original authors of the book. A rare gem like Spring pops up when these three qualities meet together - Cheap, Mediocre, and Fraud. Don't waste your time here. Run!
