Pros
Teespring offers genuinely interesting work and a lot of freedom in execution - at least in my department. Input from all team members is respected and considered. Everybody shares a consistent vision for the company. The company is willing to take risks and always seems to learn from the mistakes.
Cons
Salary and benefits are incredibly inconsistent between people in the same role. A lot of focus on surface-level perks without much consideration for what people actually find important.
