Pros
The company has a fantastic mission, and people genuinely do care about improving the mental health landscape. Clinical team is stellar, and I've never worked somewhere before that has the same openness on an individual level in sharing mental health challenges with each other.
Cons
Even for a hyper growth startup, it's messy and I wouldn't recommend it to people. C-suite leaders come in and out so quickly and silently that it's hard to keep track of them leading to a culture full of deferred responsibilities amongst senior leadership. There's a complete disconnect between managers who care but lack support, employees who are burnt out but passionate, and leaders who are so driven by the $$ on the table that they couldn't develop a "mentally healthy" culture if they tried. Shoutout to Spring Health for taking a bunch of employees who care about mental health and destroying their mental health.
