For a small-medium size company, they try to run themselves like an enterprise. There is quite a bit of cheating; some people seek advantage at the expense of others. There is little to no standardization within the company. My successes are overlooked, and my downfalls are magnified. Departments that often work together, hardly communicate, which then causes significant issues when working on projects. The company consistently takes on more than it can handle and has personnel who are lacking skills they that a fundamental to their job role.
The employer is renown for being a weird person to talk to, and is a pretty decent person, but is misguided by his immediate directors.
Some of the job descriptions for the positions advertised for the company are incomplete, vague and misleading. The bottom line is unless you're on the Professional Sales side of the company, Springboard Media isn't a place to consider as a long-term career investment. If you are entry level looking for a start in the field of IT, this place maybe OK for you, but if you are experienced, look else where. In a 2 month span there has be 7-9 people leave the company with and addition 3 threatening to leave.
