Pros
Flexibility, responsibility, awesome culture and people, small environment so you know people well. Your job description is the start of what you do on a daily basis, and by no means all encompassing!
Cons
Take the stress of a startup and a staffing agency and mash them together! Nothing that I didn't expect coming into this, but we definitely are putting in the hours to make this bad boy successful. Love it, but not for someone who wants a 9-5!
