      Pros

      -Transparent leadership at a localized level -Small team; You feel the wins and losses together -Collaborative environment - lots of communication within the office to talk about how to overcome obstacles/objections -Flexible work environment where you're treated like an adult

      Cons

      -Training is decent but I wouldn't advertise it as "extensive" -The office is a little dated -If you aren't a performer the comp plan is going to hurt.

      Impressed with the Recruiting team's ability to identify the right candidates for my position and the level at which they qualify them.
