The coworkers are very nice. My supervisor is understanding but pushes me to succeed. The general morale of the company is very positive, working in niche areas to produce exemplary content. Work-life balance is great.

I have no cons to note.

Very happy in my department. The management I work with is open to new ideas and has committed to making improvements in processes. There has been a lot of advancement since I started here a few years ago, showing that it’s more than just talk.

Definitely does things differently than other publishers, but that isn’t always a bad thing
