Pros
Hours are dependent on routes, Thus it is easy to maintain a dual schedule or a home life while making a paycheck. Holidays follow school schedule allowing a set schedules for holiday travel and/or family.
Cons
Hours are very early. Pay is minimal. No opportunity for advancement or recognition. Often tension between management and employees.
