Pros
It's a playful and fun environment. Won't find a job like this elsewhere because no other company is innovating in digital dentistry the way SprintRay does. It's basically an unexplored territory with a huge potential. Excellent company if you like tech and innovation
Cons
Limited guidance by the leadership. It's good and bad. If you are not a self starter and need supervision, this is not the right place for you. If you are a self start and enjoy autonomy, it's nice. Company is at hyper growth mode which can be uncomfortable at times. Very high expectations for employees
