Pros

Remote work, but expected to stay home and work, everything about being able to travel and work in their JD but managers make your life a living hell if you do so

Cons

Most of the VPs are replaced so the culture that existed 2 or 3 years ago has completely disappeared, it is as toxic as it can get, all these new VPs are doing is shifting blames and pointing fingers at each other and their teams get penalised! Also the people team here is another toxic mess, you go to them against any VP and they shift the blame on you to curry up favours from the VPs

Pros

Fully Remote, very competitive pay, freedom to work as you would like in your style, great benefits.

Cons

No Equity for US based employees, no 401K for US based employees. One of the Co-Founders seems to not understand the US market for MM and Enterprise accounts, and the time it takes to nurture and build up those types of accounts. It feels like there is a major rush to Series-C funding and that's pushing the idea that Enterprise level deals happen in less than 3 months. Pipeline is unable to be built consistently as you must push out and forget about opportunities that aren't moving in stages every single week. Multiple calls per week about the same deals that again, aren't moving so you're pressured to show results which leads to a rushed sales approach which turns off prospects. You're also up against 20+ competitors in the space and not being a name brand makes it very difficult to win, even if you're a better technical fit.
