They don't like it when you say that you have slow internet and they won't even provide an allowance for your internet saying that it should be the employee's expense since the employees don't travel from home to office anymore. 5. A manager won't even allow an employee who resigned (but still in a transitioning period) to attend Sprout out-of-office activities (team building / Christmas party) 6. Some leads think that if you want to be a one step higher because you feel stuck with the current stuff you're doing? They'll said that you want to climb up the ladder instead of thinking that you just want new learnings. 7. They pay you in Starbucks GC to put good reviews
