Cons
...but the executives and managers are different. 1. They're saying that they practice "Work-Life Integration" but they don't want to see/hear that you're stressed out because they will think that you're weak and a professional doesn't need to rest. Basically, they just want you to work, work, work for FREE. You can't do your job anymore because you're tired? They'll say you're incompetent. You don't want to work on the days they are not paying you? You're a Level 1 employee. 2. Some employees are given promotions without raising their salaries. They are just giving you a wonderful job title but LITTLE TO NO COMPENSATION. 3. There's COVID and they're pushing others TO GO TO THE OFFICE. 4. They don't like it when you say that you have slow internet and they won't even provide an allowance for your internet saying that it should be the employee's expense since the employees don't travel from home to office anymore. 5. A manager won't even allow an employee who resigned (but still in a transitioning period) to attend Sprout out-of-office activities (team building / Christmas party) 6. Some leads think that if you want to be a one step higher because you feel stuck with the current stuff you're doing? They'll said that you want to climb up the ladder instead of thinking that you just want new learnings. 7. They pay you in Starbucks GC to put good reviews
