- Sprwt is a startup and because of that there's so much potential for vertical growth. The CEO and leadership team really empowers us to make decisions that we feel will grow the company and supports our decisions if they work - Sprwt definitely is customer focused. It's always nice to work for a company that is motivated to create good products - The leadership team really care.
