      Flexibility, Nice HQ office , nice CEOs

      Cons

      Zero diversity in leadership, minimal persons of color and/or minimal women making decisions on behalf of the company. Tenure staff get promoted because of tenure rather than added value to company

      Pros

      Lots of Happy hours………whether a farewell (mass exodus of senior leadership) or forced participation. Some wonderfully tenured folks who are overly complacent.

      Cons

      Next time all you get is a 2% COLA raise and no bonus just take a look at the Executive Comp in USASpending to find out why.
