The work culture was very positive and more informal than large organisations. There were plenty of opportunities to participate in discussions, share our ideas and voice our opinions. Colleagues are very friendly and supportive. I enjoyed the monthly bonding activities. There is also flexibility to find your own way to do things. Overall, I learned a lot and it was an enjoyable experience working at Sqkii.

Company is still in a growth stage, so you can expect a heavier workload and OTs. Work autonomy — you are expected to take charge of your work and clarify things on your own (can be disorienting as a newbie).
