Start-up Company - Anonymous employee Squadzip Employee Review

Great company to start out with! Culture is great and executive level/founders are easy to get along with even though I was entry level. There were outlined steps (when you become eligible) on when you will be promoted but I had to leave the company due to unexpected circumstances.

nothing too significant comes to mind.

Coworkers are nice to work with, barely any friction between teams that I know of. Upper management handpicks employees to fit company culture, very hands on and not corporate-like. You will learn and grow career wise, tech team is always evolving and adding ways to make the product easier to develop.

Had to jump to another company due to average annual raise but if I had the choice I would never have.
