1. 5 day week 2. Salary without doing any great work 3. you are not suppose to do any kind of training to improve your tech skills 4. Still working on outdated technologies like for Manual testing, Php, Android in jave Etc even small companies were moved on React native and the Node Js
Cons
1.UN-professional 2. You can not imagine any up-gradation in your tech stack (I joined this company in Nov 2018 and they did not signed any agreement and the contract with me after wasting 6 month i released this is not place for me so that i decide to quit so as I say i was not signed any kind of contract Still i give them 1 month prior notice on 30/4/2019 but they end my services on the 10/05/2019 and refused to pay my April month salary ) "I think they are going to be "Ambani" with my 1 month salary"also they have poor management From day 1 of my joining to my second last day i ask them to give me a proper system (Computer) but i think they don't have enough money to purchase any new computer so they took my 1 month salary and now they will buy a new system.
