Cons
1. NO EPF in the company even there are more than 40 employees when you say to authorities they will give you funny answers like "Our CA do not recommend...for EPF hence we will not give you". 2. They will not remember for your appraisal if you have completed a year you have to tell them again and again about your appraisal and trust me they will only increase 2500-3000 Rs in year not more than that. 3. Company has lot of politics... you will do all the work and the Manager will take the credit by saying i have guided him and will behave like without him it was not possible in front of CEO and Clients. 4. If you will take leaves for more than a week they will cut your pay even if you have leaves pending in your leave account. 5. They have internal group where CEO, CTO, HR and Manager discuss on how to take your advantage and how they can get more work from you. they do talk about each and every individual in the group. and Manager or HR will play with you. 6. No matter how much result you have provided in the project. at the end they will only say "YOU ARE THE PILLER OF THIS COMPANY" and will copy paste the same lines from internet on your birthday to make you happy fool....... and NO EXTRA MONEY nothing else if you have done some awesome job on your project you will get nothing. 7. When you will leave they will call you in the cabin to manipulate your mind by saying there is nothing you can get by going in the other companies and will try each and every way to manipulate your mind. 8. The only way to get increment in Squarebits is by giving the resign. they will not increase your salary unless you will give the resign. 9. They have fixed pattern of salary 11000-12000 RS/ month for Freshers. (1st year in the company) 13000-15000 Rs/ month 2nd year in the company 17000-18000 Rs/ month 3rd year in the company 21000-22000 Rs/month 4th year in the company 25000-27000 Rs/ month in 5th year in the company NO Extra pay you can not even reimburse your leaves
