Pros

Glassdoor was asking to share the best reasons to work, heheh! Free lunch and Quartey party is the best reason to work. Tech knowledge is ZERO, No Growth at all working in this company, Cloud exposer is very limited and the moment when you come out from the company, you need to learn a lot as you are not gaining any knowledge working in this company.

Cons

All the time being back of the employees and monitoring the login time and questing all the time to their employees, The disadvantages of working for this company is: the lack of internal resources to provide information to help guide decisions; fewer senior or experienced managers are even worst; the lack of formal company-sponsored leadership training. There are few points which I felt working on this company. 1) Managrs are not being responsive to questions or requests 2) A lack of understanding or appreciation for the work. 3) Micromanaging, They should call the company name to Micromanaging-Capital 4) Won’t ever admit a mistake and they will fire the employees on the spot 5) HR is very Arrogantes

Pros

Some people are nice and collaborative

Cons

The firm is run by a group of all-French "partners" milking on their success in stat arb. The organization is a strict hierarchy, where partners are nobleman and everyone else peasants. There is no transparency or open communication. No performance review. Personnel decisions are made behind doors and people are fired casually and frequently, The worst is for human traders, who are constantly squeezed for their IP and then fired once replaced by code. Better for French quants under the correct political umbrella. Do not believe in their recruiting lies about wanting to grow and diversify; the reality is that most partners are extremely insecure, arrogant and hostile to change. If you are a junior person, there is no upward mobility (serious French bureaucracy); if you are a senior person, you will report to quants who do not understand business, do not care and do not trust you.
