-Still no pipeline 4 years after expansion -They hire top-level talent that ends up leaving because those people are blocked and stifled by the fragile egos of the mediocre core team / management / bosses -They aim to be "Top 5 globally" at their craft but have no capacity to take on large scope projects 5 years after expansion. Their biggest project was delivered at a huge financial loss and most of the key people quit. -Requested tools take forever to be purchased, if at all -The Quebec City core team is a cultural liability for the company given their long term goals. If this studio simply kept doing cheap commercial work, then the culture / personal dynamic at Squeeze would work -Coming from an industry veteran...trust me, this company will NEVER succeed.
