      nice group of people working there flexible scheduling good workplace culture

      Cons

      -members entitlement can require patience -tips are not good compared to most other restaurants (& taxed). Can't retain (external) experienced FOH staff due to this. -feeling on job insecurity-layoffs/firing at all levels of the club. losing club members
