Unstable Kernel - Anonymous employee Stable Kernel Employee Review

Turnover rate is very high. People would get hired and let go after being there for as little as 3 weeks. I was there for about a year and there were regularly people let go due projects falling through. 15 vacation days (you get additional sick days). They struggle to get clients. They have 1 major client and if you aren’t working on projects for that client your job is not safe. There are obvious favorites here for employees. They make it seem like a fun place but unless you’re part of that “group” which is mostly people who have been there from the start it’s not that great. They definitely hype themselves up.
