      The management are invested in their staff and will push and support you in extra endeavours

      Cons

      The business is very busy particularly in the midlands and the recruitment is slow putting pressure on existing staff. Partners are given an allotted number of promotions they can give rather than promoting all that deserve it which means some can be overlooked.

      Pros

      This is a great company who offers tons of flexibility. You'll be able to work on many projects and have the freedom to do more or less what you want.

      Cons

      Because of the freedom and diverse portfolio of projects, their organization is a little scatted.
