Pros
-tons of talented sales and recruiting talent with different styles and best practices -detailed and effective training program, lots of informal coaching -can make six figures in 2-3 years if you really want it -poised for a huge growth spurt in near future -opportunity to grow into leadership and help build the team
Cons
-technical training for IT recruiters, nobody is from a technical background so you just have to really do your own research -commission based compensation (idk why there are men make more than women comments in when it's low base/ commission based compensation for everyone; if you sell the most you make the most), but can take up to a year before hitting commission
