Pros

Flexibility with school and work; Fun, fast paced environment allowed me to learn a lot in a short period of time. I started as a temp and soon became full-time. And, I received a promotion. Leadership was very involved, which allowed for an interesting learning experience. Open door policy. Oh, and did I mention a fun culture?!

Cons

Part-time and variable hours in the beginning, but eventually I got hired full-time. The waiting period was longer than expected. They don't offer direct deposit.

Pros

I had a great experience with Si. Beautiful office, supportive technology and a fun, professional team culture. They provide the tools for an entry level or experienced recruiter to be successful. I also loved how we cultivated relationships with our clients, with the freedom to visit their businesses and learn about their organization and hiring needs. I learned about industries I didn't think I cared for but actually found them super interesting... like airports, public transportation, call centers, fashion companies, construction companies. It was a lot of fun. There are plenty of open job orders, a good base salary, great coffee, Doritos all day, and definite opportunity to earn good bonuses. Strong and experienced leadership, and financially stable for the long term... You have a lot of independence, but you have to provide results because the president is passionate about the teams success. If you work smart and are looking for a company with an open team environment you will enjoy working here.

Cons

8am sharp morning meeting, but I'm just just not a morning person.
