- Many employees genuinely care about the business and want to see it succeed - Upper management open to employees shifting to different areas of the business -Direct exposure and communication with leadership -Many employees are a fountain of knowledge about the industry and the company
Cons
- Below average pay - Very low amount of PTO - Strangely anti-work from home culture in some departments -Gossip culture -Fairly mundane office space. No benefits to being in office except a medium sized kitchennete -1st floor office space significantly lower quality than upper level office space -High/unclear expectations for new hires -High workload/fast pace for some departments
