Left alone to manage my projects and teams in my own style without any negative involvement from owner

In hindsight I worked as if it were my company, at times putting it before my own family - not really a criticism of the business as the rewards were good but probably should have made sure I had a better work / life balance

Some people are smart, and are hard working

The salary is extremely low, and there is little rewards/bonuses. My colleagues were promised tasks and job position that were not fulfilled after, leading people to leave in a matter of weeks/months. People are reprimanding others in front of colleagues, toxic environment.
