Standard Bank is a huge organisation that offers diverse opportunities within the bank. Not only are they focused on the organisations growth, but that of their employee too.
Cons
Banks need to ensure that their brand is perceived as being reliable, trusted somewhat conservative, as such innovation is sightly (not much) inhibited when compared to companies in other industries
