Pros
Active and involved management team with the resources to support their employees and back their decisions. Company core values are God, Family, Career, and Make It Fun. All locations are well stocked with great customer base.
Cons
There is a lot placed on the Branch Managers with running the day to day operations of the stores and all of those things can sometimes take over the managers ability to be more involved in the customers and business to business transactions. Overall great work environment and a good learning environment.
