Pros
Great company that truly cares about employees. There are options for employees to manage their own career path (like individual development plans) and those who utilize them seem to go far. Fun events like food trucks and associate appreciation events.
Cons
The pandemic return to work date hasn't yet been determined, but it has been communicated that there will be a hybrid schedule for most associates, which is nice.
