Pay was good given my educational experience.

Long hours, minimum vacation time. Little training provided for my position. If you like being praised for good work don’t expect to get it from anyone other than your immediate coworkers. Lots of people seem to get fired for little reason.

Family like culture, coworkers are friendly.

Hard to get a raise
