Pros
*No hierarchy whatsoever. Work is what matters. *Everyone (regardless of the designation) pulls up the sleeve and works hard for the betterment of the company and for client satisfaction. *New workspace is so cool. It is unfortunate that we aren't able to utilize the space /enjoy the benefits due to Covid restrictions. *Friendly and motivating managers. Though internal conflicts and arguments happen, they are only for professional reasons and to attain client satisfaction. *Employee friendly. Individual care is unbelievable. *Separate leaves for the ones affected by Covid. *Monthly paycheck is on time. *Medical benefits for self and family. *Free (Covid) vaccination for self and family.
Cons
*Employee Asset Management is the major area of improvement. *Laptops can be provided by the company. Maintenance as well. *Currently the employees have to purchase the laptops and take care of the maintenance as well. This is a constrain, am afraid!! They had to spend money from their own pockets. 50K to 60K for a good laptop with decent configuration. Then maintenance/service/repair costs a lot. Management can think about a solution to help this situation. *Due to Covid lockdown the employees are bound to work from home. The company can try paying a minimal amount as a contribution to the network connection. Most of the employees are either dependent on mobile data or dongle. Speed is not that great. Broadband is a must. *Rewards and Recognition for the best performers
