The mission is ideal for change coming from the general community and brings in a forefront of helping LGBTQ+ founders.
Cons
The management needs a reevaluation since both ED and COO (both white Europeans) lack leadership skills and needs proper assessment in leadership and inclusion training to effectively change culture, diversity, and ways of working with your employees. Also, no room to further your career once you're part of the organization. In regards to the organization, the current leadership and board of directors is just a façade of your typical "bro" culture where it's not the most diverse or inclusive group - i.e. you can check the team profiles. Also, the issue with BIPOC people has a feeling of being tokenized and given "for showcase" vibes.
