Management changes policies depending on if they like you or not, you have the customer service for want of a better term manager who picks favorites, and forget about talking about anything not to his liking, you will be called into HR and the determination already made on your fate with the company, if he likes you or not, and HR backs him up. Look at the history of Startek, they close locations and open other locations, They lie, if you don't fit in, you are out, I would look at the whole history of this company in so far as the closing of locations and opening of others does that signify stability. They say room for advancement on whos terms...... you might be qualified but if you don't play there game, you are not going to get anywhere. I read the review regarding them lying to employees in regards to the temp position one supervisor is still telling current employees to not tell it is temporary, is that a good company to work for.
