Startek is good for freshers with minimum experience. The job interview is easy just requires good communication. Also, when one perform well early promotions are given.

I enjoyed working at Startek due to its supportive team culture. However, the office cleanliness was a letdown. With improved maintenance and hygiene, the workplace could be even more comfortable and productive to.
