Pros
Working from home, but that will be exploited.
Cons
The amount of false advertising that is provided during the interview was obscene. Followed up with promises of improvement that never happen. Very low pay, and told you should be grateful for what you get. The expectation of work is so high I ended up sacrificing my mental health, which I expressed was dwindling with no change in work load, and left with an eating disorder that I still deal with till this day. Truly just a toxic environment. The classic lets have a pizza party instead of get a raise atmosphere. Encouraged having a HEALTHY work/life balance but also given 2 peoples workload. You are manipulated to "do the best for the company" and it gives no thought to how that negatively affects you. Priorities change so quickly that you are never able to feel complete.
