Horrible - Technician State Systems Employee Review

I am in management and report directly to the president but have nothing but good things to say about my tenure here.

Private Equity Held. No other Cons for me.

This company is ran by men who don’t know what they are doing and therefore they mess up the tickets they put in. Instead of owning up to it when asked, Jeff lied and put it on the new girl which got her fired! While Jeff got a pat on the back.

Literally everything involving this company. Only benefit is they offer decent benefits. One of the drivers got a dui in the company truck and kept his job but the new girl messed up once and was let go which put all the work on one woman who got no incentive to do all the damn work. No pay promotion and no understanding.
